MYZONE is the only way to accurately track and measure your workouts in and out of the gym. All you have to do is wear your own unique MYZONE belt each time you train either in the gym or outside and the belt will record how hard you have trained. Every time you come in to ZT it will wirelessly upload your workouts and award you with MYZONE earned points (MEP’s) which are higher if the workout intensity is higher. It also will count how many calories you have burned and what your average heart rate was throughout the session.
MYZONE EFFORT POINTS accumulate for every minute of physical activity you do in the following intensity zones:
50-60% = 0.5 MEP per min
60-70% = 1 MEP per min
70-80% = 1.5 MEPs per min
80-90% = 2 MEPs per min
90-100% = 2 MEPs per min
MYZONE will benefit everyone who straps up! The ZT gym members have had a huge success with the recent challenge we held, some losing 4/5kg and 5% in body-fat! The competition saw 50 of our members compete to earn the most MEP’s in 4 weeks to earn some great prizes! Nadja Sennhenn was the top woman to earn the most points: “Training with MYZONE brings out your competitive nature, making you push yourself that extra bit further. Plus having people chasing you for MEPS motivates you that little bit more.”
Sol Gilbert Ultimate Training (SGUT):
Elliott Abboudi and Jack Abboudi have been training at ZT with SGUT Ultimate Trainers, Sol Gilbert and Jack Laing. Since training with the SGUT Trainers they have lost a combined weight of 30KG’s and to really up their game Sol Gilbert and Jack Laing decided to set a challenge to really put the MYZONE belts to the test! Out of the two brothers, who ever earned the least MEPs in four weeks would lose the competition and their trainer would have to complete a forfeit. Jack Abboudi and SGUT trainer Jack Laing ended up victorious with Abboudi saying, “I have been pushed to the max by Jack Laing from SGUT. Wearing my MYZONE belt has helped to motivate me as I can see how many MEP’s I’m earning as I train. We set targets for each session and I pushed myself to the limit.”
Katie Price has also been hard at work with Sol Gilbert and the SGUT Trainers: “I needed to get back to ZT because I have tried other trainers and no one else pushes me as hard as Sol Gilbert and the SGUT Trainers. Sol introduced me to the MYZONE belt and it has seriously made me up my game. Now every time I train I want to beat my last score.“
All Personal Trainers & outdoor training camps: Your clients can wear a MYZONE belt while you train them and when they train on their own. You can then log in to their account and see how many MEP’s they earned, calories they burned and what their maximum heart rate was! All they have to do is walk in to ZT Fitness wearing their belt to wirelessly upload their data.
Members of other gyms can still train at your chosen facility and just come to ZT to upload your data between workouts. Your belt will hold approximately 16 hours of data at any time.
